Greek Oregano is the most aromatic of all the oregano varieties. Its flavour is peppery and wood like. Oregano is commonly used to flavour salads such as Greek salad, pizza, pasta, dressings, chicken, fish and lamb dishes. It mixes well with spicy and/or citrus foods. The flavours are most prominent when dried.
