Sujuk Spice is a spicy mixture of flavours used for Sujuk, a dried sausage made up of ground beef or lamb. It is very similar to Italian salami traditionally eaten in Turkey and surrounding countries. Sujuk can be prepared by frying slices in a pan of butter along with eggs, as a pizza topping and in pastries.
